CALIFORNIA BOROUGH, Pa. — A Pennsylvania police chief suffered a fatal heart attack on Feb. 11 soon after responding to a call, according to the Officer Down Memorial Page.
Chief of Police Timothy Sheehan was on duty when he had a heart attack while clearing snow from his vehicle. The previous evening Sheehan had responded to a call in which he performed CPR on a citizen, according to ODMP.

Sheehan was 50 years old. He served with the California Borough Police Department for 15 years and had previously served as a firefighter. He leaves behind a wife and three children, according to ODMP.
