1. I believe in making a positive impact on my community and therefore I am passionate about honoring our local first responders.  I consider myself lucky to have worked for our local Police Department for 12 years.  I am married to a retired Captain from our local Fire Department.  Through many interactions and friendships with our law enforcement, I have seen firsthand many compassionate and helpful acts are put forth each and every day whether you are on the clock or not.  I am thankful for the struggles and risks and great bravery that you encounter so that my loved ones don't have to.

I am a native of Grand Junction, Colorado and love all that the area has to offer. I am a member of the Grand Junction Area Realtor Association,  Colorado Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and Homes For Heroes, which will also help you to be recognized for your brave profession.   In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, kids and friends, riding Utility Terrain Vehicles in the mountains, camping, rafting, crafting and attending Home Related shows all over the continent. I am a huge animal lover and will most likely try to make your pet love me if I meet them (and get dirty looks and judged by my cat when I get home). Since the age of about 10, I began to develop my love for Real Estate. I would play house with my siblings and friends, and “build” homes with leaf piles and rock walls. When I was 19, I renovated a condominium and sold it for a profit and was hooked. Since then, I have purchased multiple rental homes and personal homes and re-sold. As an adult, I have continued to feed this passion through selling real estate as a career, and began my own brokerage in May 2019. I’ve assisted clients in upgrading, downsizing, buying investment properties as well as first time home purchases. I also sell newly built custom, luxury and spec homes that are built by my husband, Mike, through Zag Built. I have a fondness for design details, and have been known to help clients decorate the homes. I strive to provide high quality and fun, personalized service to each and every client I work with. Communication is the key to any relationship, and Real Estate is no exception. Responsive and informed answers to your questions are imperative to the process.
