My name is Connie Wolff and I am here to serve your home purchase and selling needs. My primary focus is to go that "extra mile" to insure that your home buy/sell process is as stress-free, efficient and maybe even a bit fun as possible. With 23+ years’ experience as a full time Realtor, I specialize in residential, commercial and new construction. As a Certified Negotiations Expert, I will negotiate hard to either get you the most house for the money or the most money for your house. As a Senior Real Estate Specialist, I provide compassionate guidance in the preparation and sale of the home. As an accredited Seller Representative, I will stay on top of current technology to bring my seller clients all the information they need to make educated, informed decisions. Pittsburgh is my hometown; I was born and raised in Squirrel Hill where, growing up, we marauded the neighborhoods treating them as our playground. I lived in Europe for most of my adult life and finally returned to the city I love. In my travels, I have not found a city remotely resembling Pittsburgh in its diversity, its cultural heritage (world renowned Pgh. Symphony Orchestra. In fact, I attended a performance at the Royal Albert Hall in London - I was so proud!), National Sports teams, International Business Centers, World Class Hospitals, Universities and Schools, beautiful homes and wonderful neighborhoods; the natives are very friendly! I am a full time REALTOR® and I love it. Selling, buying, staging homes and meeting the wonderful customers who become great friends is always my pleasure.
