I moved to Bullhead City on July 31, 2004 from La Crescenta, CA where I was in private practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I never dreamed of selling Real Estate, but God had different plans for me than I had for myself, and as always, he knew what was in my best interest. This career has taken me by surprise, blessed me beyond my wildest imagination, given me freedoms I never dreamed of, challenged me in ways I didn't know I needed, introduced me to interesting people and new friends and continues to surprise me everyday. It has gifted my children, allows me to travel to scuba dive (my love) and sponsor a beautiful little girl in Bangladesh another in Honduras and a little boy in Columbia through Compassion International. I started selling RE just about the time the bubble started to burst. I had an amazing broker who encouraged me to become a short sale specialist. That one piece of advice was a game changer. It honed my skills in evaluating current market value knowing that if I didn't get it right, I was wasting months of my sellers time. I needed to be able to look at value the way the appraisers and the banks did in an effort to keep my clients home from foreclosure. In 2018 I was awarded one of Arizona's Best Real Estate Agents by RealTrends. Of all the awards I've been given, that one meant the most to me. It reminded me, once again, to always trust and follow Jesus. His plans for me are ALWAYS superior to mine.
