Your Transition Agent
“In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct your paths.” (Proverbs 3:6). This verse describes the teaching that Pam Bazzelle was taught as a child. Following in a path of faith & honesty became her trademark, supported by hard work and tenacity.
The eldest of three children, Pam was born in Los Angeles. Her dad was a Chief Petty Officer in the U.S. Navy, and every three years, the family moved to a new city or state based on where he was stationed. These moves helped her experience new places and people, fueling her independence and the determination that would help her become the first in her family to earn a scholarship and graduate from USC. Considering herself as a military brat~ Pam has always had a special affinity and respect for the military and law enforcement personnel. She has two long time family friends~ who are retired LAPD detectives and two clients who are a retired Assistant Chief of Police and Lieutenant respectively.
Pam first became intrigued with real estate when her parents moved from Navy housing into their single family detached home. She instantly fell in love with the feeling of owning your own home and the independence that provided. She knew that the level of service she provided helping people transition through life’s events with the proper asset protection as a previous insurance agency principal, could be extended to real estate with ease, and that’s actually how she became known as the Transition Agent®.
Today, Pam provides competent, caring and complete guidance to those transitioning to their new dream home for their new lifestyle. She assists professional & service personnel millennials step by step through their transition to a new home and lifestyle for their growing family needs. She also serves professional & service personnel empty-nesters & baby boomers who are looking to down-size or relocate out of state. She is proficient in home research, pricing strategies, insurance & home warranty contracts, as well as some interior design for a well rounded transition.
She believes that "buying or selling a home is much more than just a transaction—it’s a transition."
