As a Veteran I know and understand many of the complexities around law enforcements jobs. I don't want the home buying process to be anything nearly as stressful as what you handle in your daily work encounters. I have been in the real estate industry for 17 years and helped so many Veterans and Police and various law enforcement officers purchase homes for primary residence as well as helping them build wealth and retirement streams of income with investment properties. I have experience assisting clients in both the selling and buying sides. The price points are varied. My smallest transaction was $55,000 (there was fleas, but I'd do it again!) and my largest transaction was $3.2 million (no fleas!). I am currently looking for a family compound up to $10 million but that doesn't come around too often. So I am comfortable with all price points. My areas of concentration are from the Riverview/Tampa area of Florida down to Punta Gorda. I prefer Manatee and Sarasota Counties along with the islands but for our law enforcement I will literally go the extra mile. I also have vast experience with VA loans and am always surprised when folks who have this entitlement aren't using it. Through Keller Williams and KW Military I try to expose as many people as possible to the VA loan and what a privilege it is for us to have this, so why not use it. Outside of real estate I am passionate about the Military Match Program through the Humane Society of Sarasota County where we pair Veterans and Active Duty members with pets at no cost to the service member through the entire state of Florida. This is a win-win for the homeless pet as well as the Veteran who needs the pet to assist with combating PTSD, Suicide and loneliness. My pet saved my life when I got discharged from service after an unexpected medical issue sidelined me. So for me this passion is literally personal.
