Mother & Daughter Team that strive to give you the most excellent real estate experience!

My name is Brittany Benson. If I had to describe myself, I would tell you that I am a wife and mother, first and foremost. My husband, Tim Benson, and I have 5 beautiful children that mean more to us than anything else in the world! Tim works at Clarksville Gas & Water, owns Benson’s Plumbing & Home Repairs, coaches baseball and football, fixes anything that I break, and puts together the many things I buy with my Amazon addiction. I have an Associate in Art degree, an Associate in Applied Science degree, am a Tennessee state-licensed Esthetician, and a Tennessee state-licensed Realtor (I am also working towards getting my Kentucky license). I co-founded and work for DreamChasers, a 501c3 non-profit organization established to raise funds for children’s education, extracurricular activities and sports, or any other nonprofit entity. In my copious free time, I sell real estate with Kim Weyrauch and coach cheer. We work a lot but try to include our children whenever we can. Our oldest daughter could seriously sell a house from start to finish, if legally allowed, lay a gas line needed to run a gas fireplace, maybe even fix a leaking toilet, and make a mean pizza in a concession stand. My middle daughter would be more than happy to get you a drink if she didn’t get distracted on the way back and my youngest daughter could show you a house if needed. My oldest son is a total Fix-It Felix and my youngest son may bite your ankle, if you’re not careful. Together we can do it all! I first met Kim in August of 1986. If you haven’t already guessed it, she is more than just my team leader, but also my amazing mother. We have been through a lot, and I believe that the only place we have left to go is up. During her real estate career, I have been her assistant, marketing manager, and now her buyer’s agent. Her hard work, dedication, selflessness, and knowledge is extensive and endless. From her I have learned kindness, professionalism, and integrity. In 2020, during the Covid Pandemic, my mother asked me to get my real estate license, and here we are, KILLING IT!
