Lane was born and raised in the Pacific North West and moved to Clackamas in 1998 where he attended Clackamas High School. After high school he joined the United States Marine Corps where he was deployed to Iraq two times and achieved the rank of sergeant before receiving his honorable discharge and returning to Oregon. Once back, Lane attended college and joined the Oregon Army National Guard. He served in the guard at Camp Withycombe for 6 years. Lane is married to his wife Lisa and has two young sons with who he enjoys spending his free time with and coaching basketball in Oregon City. He has a passion for real estate and helping others.
