Kelly Ladewig, daughter and granddaughter of Chicagoland real estate attorneys and Chicago Native. Kelly leads her own team, The Kelly Ladewig Group. Her passion for her business, genuine care and unmatched devotion for each and every client has helped Kelly become a recognized realtor, primarily building her business off of referrals from past clients and the recommendations of other professionals in the field. She is often asked to share her success and frequently appears on panels and podcasts. Kelly was awarded for 2021 Coldwell's 30 under 30, is a 2017 Chicago Agent's Choice Finalist, 2016 listing competition winner and is recognized for her innovative approach to the industry.

Born and raised in the Southwest suburbs and now living in Chicago, Taylor has a wide variety of knowledge in the Chicagoland real estate market. As a relator, she will be an advocate for you. Whether you are buying, selling, renting, or investing, Taylor will work tirelessly to promote your best interests and make the process as stress free as possible for you.

Prior to joining The Kelly Ladewig Group at Coldwell Banker, Taylor managed New Product Development teams for residential construction brands. As a marketer, she bring skills in market research, communication, organization, and customer service.
