Doctor of Real Estate
Real estate has played an important role throughout my life. This began during college when I spent a year in the school of Architecture while completing a four year degree in Mechanical Engineering. My engineering career has taken me from California to New England as well as the Midwest before settling in Camp Hill, PA. This journey has exposed me to people from all over the world and various walks of life. I enjoy learning about the cultures of the people I meet.
My interest in residential real estate began when my wife and I bought our first home which was an 1830’s farmhouse in upstate New York. Since then we have bought and sold several homes including a log cabin in NE Ohio and a condominium in Vermont which was converted from an 1890's Officer's Barracks at Fort Ethan Allen. I have also been investing in multi-family residential housing since the late 1990’s. My mechanical abilities have served me well in understanding, maintaining and upgrading these properties.
With this background, I am well equipped to assist you in buying or selling your home or your next investment property.
My wife, Jacqueline and I have three children, one of whom lives in Harrisburg with four of our eight grandchildren. In my spare time, I enjoy woodworking, kayaking, working around the house and real estate investing, as well as spending time with our grandchildren.
