Denny Hauck is a dedicated and persistent professional with over 20 years of sales and customer service management. Denny was a military brat and was born in Japan and lived all over the world.  He is currently a native of Washington, DC Metro and currently lives in Alexandria, VA. He graduated from the University of Maryland University College of Business. Denny has a passion for helping people find their dream homes and making sound investments. His commitment to exceptional service, extensive knowledge of the local market, and a keen eye for property value have allowed Denny to assist numerous clients in achieving their real estate goals. He understands that buying or selling a home is one of the most significant financial and emotional decisions you’ll make and is here to guide you through the process with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first approach. Denny has many friends and family in the armed forces and in many capacities of police and government.  He is also a member of Keller Williams Sports + Entertainment where he finds athletes and their families homes in a discreet and under the radar type of way. Outside of real estate, Denny enjoys listening to all types of genres of music and lives to see live concerts with his daughter. He loves playing basketball and football with his two teenage boys and is a world-class ping pong player in his home!! Denny is an active member of the organization, Fight for Children, based in Washington, DC. He believes in giving back and staying connected to the community that he serves. The reason Denny entered the Real Estate world was because his real estate agent helping with one of his investment properties was not very engaged and did not focus on the details. Denny understands that follow-up and follow-through are key to working with his clients. Denny was recently told by one of his clients that he was the most professionally persistent individual they have come across.
