For Andrea, clients are family: she builds relationships, provides the tools to allow for informed decisions, and remains dedicated long after the deal has left the closing table. She doesn’t consider her work "sales" she focuses on providing expertise, knowledge and is an advisor and advocate for those she works with. She’s passionate about ensuring her clients are as well positioned as possible, whether they're buying, selling, or developing. Prior to entering real estate, Andrea received an undergraduate degree in Graphic Design from the Art Institute of Seattle, giving her a keen eye for architecture and interior design as well as marketing and advertising. She then joined the corporate world, working for local Fortune 500 company Costco for 10+ years. While there, she developed her professional skills in retail, buying, and international sourcing. Her attention to detail, customer service and negotiation skills, along with her enthusiasm are among Andrea’s greatest assets. Coming from a family deeply involved in the world of real estate development, management, and investment it was a natural progression to turn her family experience and passion into her career. Andrea has been in the industry since 2013, specializing in residential, development, and business opportunities. Andrea currently lives just north of Seattle with her daughter.
