Hi there! My name is Josh LeGare. I am a proud Army Veteran, Short-Term Rental (STR) Property Manager, real estate investor, French Bulldog Dad, and a eXp Realtor® in the Fort Walton Beach area. I was a military brat born in Tampa, Florida, but raised in the small city of Glen Burnie, Maryland. In 2010, I graduated from Bowie State University with a Bachelor’s of Science degree and immediately commissioned into the United States Army as an Infantryman. From 2010 – 2021, I served in various positions to include Platoon Leader in South Korea, a three-time Company Commander in Italy, and Ranger Instructor here in Florida, over an eleven-year career. As a Paratrooper and Jumpmaster, I’ve jumped out of 41 perfectly good airplanes and enjoyed every minute of it. In 2021, I transitioned out of the military and started Ronin Stays LLC, my STR and Jeep management business after discovering passive income and falling in love with real estate. Currently, I manage 12 STRs and 3 Jeeps. I have my own property management and direct booking website (www.roninstays.com) where I feature all my listings on Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, and more. Ultimately, my STR business fueled my desire to learn about the housing market so I can make educated financial decisions, and as a result, I decided to get licensed as a Realtor®. In 2022, I was honored to be awarded the Coldwell Banker National Rookie of the Year. As a Realtor®, I’ve found joy in helping others get started on their journey towards financial freedom whether it’s a purchasing a primary home, investment property, or best case scenario, both.
