Julie Recht is the broker/owner of J&J Real Estate Sales and has been serving the greater Fort Lauderdale Area for the past 30 years.  Her expertise is in residential real estate and looks forward to serving our first responders and their friends through the process as they choose to buy or sell.  She is passionate about doing the very best job at finding their new home and/or marketing their present home along with making the transition process as stress free as possible. Julie is a graduate of Southern Illinois University and was a teacher in Southern Illinois along with North East High School in Fort Lauderdale.  As a single parent she raised her children in Pembroke Pines and Cooper City.  Having moved to Florida in the 1970's and having lived in Fort Lauderdale, Tamarac, Cooper City and Pembroke Pines and coupled with having worked the Broward area as a realtor for years, she is very familiar with the Greater Fort Lauderdale Area. As a person with great appreciation and respect for our Police Officers, it would be her pleasure to serve them in their every real estate need.
