Hello my name is Jennifer Franks and I am the wife of an OCSD of 28 years. I have 3 beautiful kids and 1 new grandson which is the light of my life. My husband and I have lived in Southern California all of our lives. My husband has been with OCSD for 27 years and my father was LAPD for 31 years and then returned to work after retiring and became a LASD for another 12 years. Prior to my father being in law enforcement my family comes largely from a military background. My dad was a Paratrooper Sniper and served two terms in Vietnam as a Platoon Sgt for the 82nd Airborne. My grandfather was a green beret and served in the 101st Airborne. My mother and her sisters are the last generation to be part of the Daughters of American Revolution. My brother in-law is a Marshall and also works for RCSD as Swat. To say that I understand and work well with law enforcement and military personnel goes without saying. In my career I have worked with countless Law Enforcement, Military, Nurses and Firefighters. I respect your field of work and appreciate you more than you'll ever know.
