I began my Real Estate Career in 2002, apprenticing for various Appraisal industry leaders earning a Connecticut Certification license in Real Estate Appraisal. I went on to form A.T.A Appraisal, LLC in 2006. As a sole proprietor I performed countless real estate valuations for more than a decade servicing each County in CT. My further desire to assist my community with years of acquired real estate knowledge led me to add a Connecticut salesperson license to my credentials in 2016. I can happily say I am thoroughly enjoying all aspects of Real Estate transactions, REO asset management, Commercial sales and the Clients I have been fortunate to assist and the real estate community of professionals I have come to know. Some of my accomplishments include the Carrington group "National Top 20 Realtors" for the years of 2018 and 2019 and the "National Top 10 Realtors" of the month for both volume of sales and number of transactions. "National Vylla Gold Elite Club" in 2020 and "Vylla Platinum Status" in 2021 where I was noted a REO expert. In 2022 was added to the "International Sterling Club" with Coldwell Banker Realty noting my services as within the top 16% of Real Estate agents worldwide. I service the beautiful state of Connecticut.
