Anita Jones is a licensed Realtor with over 25 years of experience. Anita understands the home buying and home sale process. Anita has been employed with Rapid Action Realty for over 20 years. Rapid Action Realty is a African American Woman Owned Real Estate business, serving the greater Los Angeles community for over 30 years. Anita’s unique professional background allows her to provide exceptional services to her clients. A native of South Central Los Angeles, Anita understands the need for home ownership. She has over 20 years of experience in affordable housing and has previously served as the Director of Property Management for a Los Angeles non-profit.  She also served for 18 years as Vice President of Compliance Administration for a consulting firm where she was responsible for monitoring affordable rental-housing units and numerous first-time homebuyer programs. Anita previously worked as a lender and she started her professional career in the public sector, serving as an Assistant Manager with the County of Los Angeles.

Anita is a graduate of Cal State University Dominguez Hills.  She is committed to public service and is an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Cerritos Area Alumnae Chapter and is the current President of Crimson and Cream Community Foundation (CCCF), a 501C3 organization.
